Yeo is a minor character in my novel "Memento Mori." He moved from South Korea to New Orleans, Louisiana when he was 8-years-old and was desperate to fit in. Much to his surprise, the most popular kid in his class, Naythanael, recruited him to be his friend, though, he forced Yun-ho to go by his surname as Naythanael deemed it to be easier to say and more socially acceptable. Unfortunately, Yeo was not aware of what a cruel person Naythanael was and unknowingly signed himself up to become a bully for the duration of his adolescence. Although Yeo did not agree with Naythanael's actions, he did nothing to stop them in order to ensure his place as a popular kid. Over the years, Yeo acted as a voice of wisdom to Naythanael and did a great job at keeping them both out of trouble. He tried to remain morally conscious when he could, but ultimately turned a blind eye to a lot of evil. Regardless, others describe him as a gentle, intelligent, and well-behaved boy.
