Zamasu and Goku Black
Zamasu and Goku Black were both created by the "Future" Trunks and the "Past" Vegeta (Zamasu possessed Vegeta's body while Goku Black possessed Future Trunks's body), respectively. This allowed Zamasu to beat Goku Black to the point where he no longer has a body; however, Zamasu was able to take over Goku Black's body and thus became the future version of Goku Black (which explains why Goku Black's personality is more like Zamasu's). As such, Zamasu was able to learn the Super Saiyan Blue form, while his future counterpart did not.
While Zamasu is a fan of Jiren, he does not show any signs of being a fan of Beerus. While Zamasu did not go against Beerus' wishes, he did allow the god to eat his followers, which made him a villain in the eyes of Beerus. The reason for this was because Zamasu wanted to have a race of people to worship him, so he could become a deity himself, and killing them was a necessary part of that plan.
