Saïd  personality type is ESFP, or extroverted sensing, feeling, and perceiving. The Si person is the leader of the group. The two are close friends, whose relationship is built on a strong mutual respect for each other. The Si type is the emotional center of the group, the bridge between the J types and the H types. The Si person has excellent interpersonal skills, and if the J type is in distress, it is the Si person who will go to his or her aid. Since Si makes up 50% to 75% of the population, it is often assumed that Si types are in charge. The Si type may not be the one who leads the group, but he or she is the one who is most sensitive to what others are feeling. The Si person has also been seen as the responsible one, who steadies the group in times of panic, fear or uncertainty. For example, in World War II, when the J types wanted to bomb Germany, the Si types wanted to bomb Japan. The Si type sees things from a broad perspective, and recognizes that it is everyone's responsibility to contribute to the group. This makes the Si type a good decision maker and a good mediator.
