Chanon personality type is ESTP, and I have experienced this type of thing in a past relationship. It was a short-lived situation, but it did get me to thinking about the whole matter.
In this case, the ESTP is trying to make the other person feel better by saying that he loves her. (He's probably saying it to make him feel better, too.) It's a way to convince her that he cares about her. But the truth is, he's not. He's trying to make himself feel better. And he's using her.
Here is the truth: He doesn't love her. He doesn't care about her. He doesn't really want to be with her. He just wants to use her to make himself feel better.
And that's why you shouldn't go around telling people you love them or telling them you care about them when you don't mean it. People will use you, and they'll use you to their advantage. And if they use you enough, you'll get tired of it and eventually you'll stop caring whether or not they use you anymore. It's a vicious cycle.
