Frank personality type is ENTP, and he's apparently already begun to do things that show it, but I'll get to those in a little bit.
In his childhood, the recent events of the Taker/Phenom's death probably ended up having a major effect on him. He was just a little kid when it happened, so he has no memory of it, but it's still hard to let go of something like that. I think it probably wasn't an easy time for him, and he probably wondered what would happen to him now. So he did what a lot of people do during bad times: he grabbed on to the first person who showed him love and let him be.
Because of all of this, he ended up becoming attached to a young girl named Nikki. Nikki was a really good friend of his, and was the person he relied on most in his life. But soon after Taker and Phenom started dating, she started to develop feelings for Phenom, and the two began a relationship. Meanwhile, John was happy that he had someone to talk to about his feelings, but Taker didn't know about it and thought that he was just being nice to his friend.
