I had the chance to meet Officer Lewis at the police academy for a few weeks. It was like an "after school" program for us. We would go to the police academy every day for two hours and learn about the police department, what an officer does, and what we can expect when we join the force.
What I found out about Officer Lewis is that she is an extremely caring person. She wants to be sure that you are safe and make sure that you are okay. She is also very helpful and always happy to help another officer in need.
I know that if I ever got in a situation where I needed a police officer, I would call her. I know that she would help me in any way she can.
The one thing that really stuck out to me about Officer Lewis was the fact that she is a self-proclaimed "nerd." In fact, her favorite TV show is Mythbusters.
