I’ve read a lot of Elaine Aron’s books now on the topic of introversion and introverts in general, and this one is my favorite. It’s not just a book that tells you how introverts are different, but it’s one that talks about what that difference means. It’s a great book for introverts and introverted parents who want to know more about themselves and their children.
15) The Wisdom of Your Inner Child by Louise Hay (highly recommended)
I’m not a parent yet, but I have an interest in parenting and raising children. This book was recommended to me by my friend who is a mother of four. I love this book, because it emphasizes how important it is not to forget what we were like as children.
