Min Hari personality type is ESFJ, and I am apparently ENFJ. (I don’t think of myself as either, though.) I believe the most important thing to understand about the types is that they are functions, not archetypes.
My mother believes that I am ESFJ. She says that she “adores” me and that I am “amazing” with my daughter. My VSP, who is also ESFJ and also “adores” me, also says that I am “amazing” with my daughter. She claims that my daughter has all the “good” ESFJ traits (i.e. she is sociable, optimistic, helpful, and responsible), and that my personality is the “good” type for the relationship. She claims that I have all the “good” INTJ traits (I am logical, analytical, and independent), and that my relationship is the “good” type for the INTJ.
I don’t think either of these statements is true.
