The 1st possibility is that the kind of people who become Jihadists are like ENFJ, and that they are a type that is quite rare, but they are a strong, charismatic, influential group (like the NFs and ENFPs). The other possibility is that the kind of people who become Jihadists are like INFP, and have no charisma at all, but are just driven by their values, and as long as they don't go too far in their attempts to develop a caliphate, they are fine. Either way, we can say that the 9/11 Jihadists were on the one hand a rare, charismatic group of people, but on the other hand a group of people who couldn't be easily categorized into any particular type. In this respect they are like most of the terrorists who have been listed on this page.
Jihadists are usually attractive people. As we have seen with Osama bin Laden, and as is often the case with other Jihadists, they often have a good talent at attracting people to them. This is probably because they are able to use their charisma to effectively persuade people.
