INTPs are generally intelligent and insightful. They can usually get into the minds of others and project onto them their own thoughts and emotions. They're great people to talk to because they usually make you feel better about yourself, and they're usually right about the things they say.
At the same time, this can sometimes be a curse. Some INTPs are so introspective that they find it hard to make friends, and sometimes they don't even know why they're so antisocial. They need lots of time alone to recharge their batteries, and if they don't get it, they can become depressed or even suicidal.
