Wittebane brother personality type is ENFJ, which is the best-known of the eight types, and is described by Keirsey as the "idealist" type. (I disagree with Keirsey on this point, as I believe that most idealists fall into the NF wing of the NF-ENF spectrum, since most ENFJs I have known have been quite "idealistic.")
A Wittebale personality type typically has a well-developed sense of ethics and morals, and they are deeply concerned with what is right and wrong. They are often highly ethical and moral individuals, who strive to do the "right thing." They typically want to do what is best for the people around them (and often for the world in general), and therefore constantly strive for perfection in whatever they do. They are extremely devoted to those close to them, and are highly committed to making sure that their loved ones are happy and fulfilled.
A Wittebane personality type is also very idealistic, and is willing to sacrifice his or her own needs for the sake of others. This is where the "idealist" part of the ENFJ description comes from.
