I'm not saying these two things are true. I'm saying they are often ascribed to INTJ. I've seen this on message boards and in online articles by INTJ authors. They're true of a few INTJs here and there, but they're not the rule.
INTJ ROLES:
I've said before that INTJ tends to be a "maker" personality type. "Maker" means you make things and you make a lot of them. This is more true of creative types than it is of the "doing" types. INTJ tends to be more maker than doing. They tend to be in the making-things-up-in-their-head stage of their careers, as opposed to the doing-things stage. They often have a lot of ideas and a lot of projects going. They tend to be hands-on in their careers, not hands-off as INFJ tends to be.
