Andre Wright personality type is ISFJ, and I'm an INFJ. These two descriptions are not perfect descriptions of my personality, but I believe they are useful for understanding why I'm the way I am.
I'm not sure I've ever seen the INFJ description as "meek and mild", but that's certainly how I'd describe myself. I don't like conflict, I don't like upsetting people, and I'm not very articulate. I'm also socially awkward, intensely cautious, and introverted. While I'm not shy, I can be quite reluctant to talk to new people, and if I do decide to make a new friend, it's probably going to be a long time before we become really close.
I'm also an INTJ, so in that sense, I can be quite bold and confident when it comes to business. It's probably because of my introversion that I prefer to work alone most of the time.
As for the ISFJ description, well, I guess it's accurate enough, but I don't really see myself that way. I'm too much like the INFJ description to have been categorized as ISFJ.
