Cream Puff personality type is ENFJ, and the type that I identify the most with. The reason I call them the “Cream Puff” is because they’re friendly and sweet, but they also have a tendency to be very dismissive of other people. They’ll be very friendly and open, but if you act in a way that they don’t like, they’re not going to be very kind or receptive to you. I think this is why it’s so hard for them to find a good partner because they can be so overbearing and controlling.
Although this personality type tends to be very assertive, even in the workplace, it does not mean that they are bullies. They will actually do their best to avoid conflict and confrontation by saying whatever it is that they feel needs to be said in order to diffuse the situation. This can sometimes seem like they are being too nice or not assertive enough, but they are actually doing what they believe is best in order to keep the peace.
It’s not that they don’t have confidence. In fact, they are usually quite confident and comfortable, but they just can’t stand being around negative energy.
