INFJs are notorious for being moody. They are quiet and reserved by nature, but also have a large heart and are very sensitive to the feelings of others. INFJs can be very caring individuals. They usually experience strong emotions and tend to be very sensitive when it comes to their own emotions. When someone gets upset or unhappy, INFJs want to help them, even if they don't know how. They may get frustrated when people don't keep their feelings to themselves and may not understand why other people don't share how they feel.
