History
The episode "The Same Old Story" states that Solon is a native of the planet of the same name, which is currently embroiled in a civil war between two warring factions. At one point, he was captured and experimented on by the evil Dr. Animo.
Solon was later freed by the Powerpuff Yourself machines from Dr. X, who had been using them as a means of revenge on the people of Townsville for his son's death.
In an attempt to save his friends from the mutant race known as the Mojo Jojo's, Solon sacrificed himself so that the others could escape. Despite this, his sacrifice did not go unnoticed, as he was the first to hold the Powerpuff Girls' hands when they were resurrected.
In the episode "Act Your Age", it appears that Solon has been turned into a cyborg by the Professor, and is being used to terrorize the city of Townsville.
