Silverspot is an adult female SilkWing who was introduced in The Lost Continent. She is Luna's biological mother, Blue's stepmother, and Burnet's partner. She was formerly partnered with Admiral, and worked under her HiveWing mistress until the events of The Flames of Hope. Silverspot seems more emotionally connected to her children than her partner, Burnet, is. This is shown when she claims that she will try to attend Luna's metamorphosis and that she also expressed concern for Luna's fate. According to Blue, Silverspot and Burnet love each other more than they could have ever loved Admiral.
