If you want to be a great leader, you need to understand what type you are. I can’t speak for anyone else, but this is how I describe the Explorer. You’re a dreamer. You’re a planner. You’re a doer. You need to be in control of your life and your destiny. But you also like to explore and see where life takes you. You’re not afraid of new ideas or of following through on them. You’re a loyal person and you have a big heart. If you haven’t found your true self yet, then that’s OK because it’s the journey that counts, not the destination.
I wasn’t an Explorer when I was younger. I was more of an ENFP, but I got sick of being a wimp so I changed. I started exploring, and I found myself. It didn’t stop there though, as I continuously challenged myself to be better than I was before.
