Vera personality type is ESTP, or Extraverted, Sensing, Thinking, Perceiving. ESTPs don't spend a lot of time thinking before they act. They are intensely interested in the world around them, and they want to know what's going on. They are not at all good at gauging the mood of an audience, and so they need to be careful about what they say. They are excellent at gathering information, especially about new things and new people. ESTPs are often the most charismatic people in their groups, and they can be very effective leadership figures. ESTPs are strongest in a crisis or when they have to act quickly. They can be opportunistic as well as charming-they can take advantage of others' weaknesses and vulnerabilities, but they also know when to step back and let their friends have the spotlight.
