Miyahira-sensei personality type is INTP, with some additional IND traits, and it is a pretty darn accurate description of my personality type (I'm an INFP).
That said, I'm not sure I would have classified her as being a narcissist. She's definitely caught up in her own world, but she's not afraid to stand up for herself. She's very opinionated and outspoken, but she doesn't seem to be self-loathing, and she's been pretty vocal about the fact that she doesn't like being in the spotlight. She doesn't seem to be afraid of showing her emotions, and she doesn't seem like the kind of person who would lie in order to get her way. In any case, her personality type is still new to me and I haven't had the chance to see how it develops more.
As for the other characters, I'm not sure what I think about the manga so far. So far, I've not liked any of the characters (and the few I've liked, like Kumiko and Kobayashi, have all been drastically different from their anime counterparts), so it's hard to say if any of them are better or worse than their anime counterparts.
