Born in Puerto Rico, Jesús Otero, better known as Bimbo el Oso Mañoso, has had an unparalleled and enviable career in itself. From a very young age he dedicated himself to the art of Freestyle, and today he has established himself as one of the most famous Latin rappers of the moment. His musical beginnings come in principle inherited from his grandfather, who before the Trio Los Panchos, was part of a trio. In his school years, Bimbo already stood out among his classmates for his peculiar art of Freestyle, but it was not until the end of the 80's when he faced Perfect Mickey in a talent show. From that competitive confrontation 3-2 Get Funky was born, a group that was in charge of mixing tropical rhythms with reggae and rap for more than a decade, catapulting Bimbo and Mickey as the sound of the moment. In the 90s, they sign a contract with RMM Records for 5 years, which allows these talented artists to participate musically with Celia Cruz, Marc Anthony.
