Adachi Kiyoshi personality type is INFP, which is one of the most common personality types in Japan. I’m not sure what the Japanese equivalent of my personality is, but if I had to guess, I would say something like an ENFP.
Back in my neuroscience class, I was told that my brain is “highly plastic,” which means that I can form new neural pathways in response to new experiences. The same is true for most people. Of course, some people make it more feasible for them to do so than others. Like the story of the guy who wrote a book about how he used to play American football, and then one day he woke up and decided to play soccer instead.
This is what I did when it came time to write my second book.
I woke up one day and realized that writing about my life has always been at the top of my bucket list. I have always enjoyed writing, although I never thought I would be able to do it for a living. Writing is just something that I have always done on the side.
But after reading some books about neuroplasticity, I decided that writing my book would be the next big thing for me.
