Aruka personality type is ISFJ, but I'd argue that ISFJ isn't the best fit. I don't think it's the best fit for most people, so I'd say that Aruka is mislabeled. Personally, I'd go with Si-Te-Fi but I'm not sure if it's a good fit for you.
As for your Myers Briggs stack, you're pretty well set up as a Te stacker. You think fast and you like to organize. You're good at expressing yourself and you like to present yourself in a positive way. This is a big part of your personality and it's what makes you a good social leader.
As for how you might change in the future, I can't really tell you that. When I was around your age, I started to lose interest in some things and gain interest in others. I lost interest in community service and I gained interest in activism. At that point, I was doing more of what was wrong than what was right and I found myself becoming more pessimistic about the world. I left high school because I wanted to try to make a difference in the world and since then, my attitude has been much better.
