Noppo personality type is INTP, Myers-Briggs type is ISFP, and the Enneagram type is ESFP. ISFPs have a natural preference for extraverted feeling versus introverted thinking. So even though Noppo was an INTJ, he was definitely a Feeling type.
The second thing that I noticed was that, although his love of anime and manga was obvious, he didn't act like a stereotypical weirdo anime fan. He had a fine social life and loved to go out with friends. He was very easygoing and didn't have any strange obsessions or addictions.
The third thing I noticed is that he had a lot of strange traits that made him seem different from the other characters on the show. For example, he came up with a plan to kill the main character's father, who was also a police officer, and then make it look like suicide. This plan was so far beyond implausible that I was sure that it couldn't possibly be true, but I was wrong! It's true, as far as I know. If it wasn't true, then I would look very stupid in print.
The fourth thing I noticed is that he had a very sad story.
