Megan is a 12 year old girl that's a member of the Third Street Gang. She's the leader of the gang and has a crush on a boy named Kasey, who she's known for a while now. She also has a best friend named Lori, who is in her class at school. Lori is also in the Third Street Gang but is a bit of a trouble maker. On the first day of school she meets this new girl named Katrina, who is the new girl in school for the 3rd grade, who is also in the Third Street Gang. Megan and Lori are surprised to see her there because she's not new to the neighborhood.
Katrina Riles is an ISFP, which is very similar to Megan's personality type so I'm sure it won't be too hard to relate. There are also a few other characters that are of different personality types.
The story starts out with Megan and her friends talking to Lori about her new friend Katrina. They all go over to Katrina's house and she introduces them to her mother, who's a very nice lady.
