ISFJ (XwX)
Hervé personality type is ISFJ, which is what I think it is.
It has many problems and a lot of promise. I think their needs are about the same as mine, but their struggles are different.
My ISFJ problem is that I have no idea how to be assertive, but I also have no idea how to not be assertive. I’m not sure if I’m being assertive or not.
Hervé’s ISFJ problem is that they’re afraid of being assertive and they don’t know how to stop being assertive either.
I think there’s a lot of room for improvement on our part too, but there are some aspects of Hervé’s ISFJ personality that I like.
He’s very dependable and helpful. He does a lot of things for himself and others without expecting anything in return.
He doesn’t like to take credit for things he did though, because he thinks his contribution to the conversation might be taken from him. He also doesn’t want people knowing he did something.
