Greeny personality type is ENFP, but I am not sure if the other is a true ISTJ or ESTJ. I would say the ESTJ though, due to their incredible amount of ambition and focus. They are very loyal and will stick with you through it all. They are also very direct and do not mince their words. I think this is mainly due to their pragmatic nature, which is why they would be great at being a counselor or a therapist. This makes them very good at giving people advice and fixing problems. They can give good advice, that’s for sure.
Their main problem is they are very stubborn. This can cause problems because they can get upset easily and are not very forgiving. If you mess up, they will be upset with you and it is best to just keep quiet. They will also be mad at you for hours if you mess up on an important project. This can really hurt your ego and make you feel like you are worthless. It’s best to keep all expectations low, especially if you are in their bad mood.
They are also not very good at communicating their emotions, which can make them seem cold and detached.
