    Drive-thru customers do not respond well to long explanations and theories. Drive-thru customers are impatient, and they want to get their food. Drive-thru customers get frustrated with long wait times, especially in the heat of summer.

    Drive-thru customers are usually not loud, obnoxious or angry.
