Mr. Wooka is Nana's next-door neighbor. He is an elderly man with yellow skin and a white mustache who wears blue overalls. Whenever Mona visits his yard, he puts on his own puppet shows to entertain her. This is purely speculation, but there is a chance Mr. Wooka is potentially involved in a drug cartel, and is attempting to profit by lacing orange juice and a variety of fruits with crack cocaine. He uses his dietary propaganda for healthy eating as a front to sell his laced fruits and juices to children like Mona.
