1) You lose your job, and I’m not sure of the details. You might end up in some sort of voluntary association, or a job on the clock. But whether you’ll work as a professor or a consultant, will be determined by the people around you.
2) Your job will change from “managing a group of people who are trying to build a company” to “running a project for your friends.”
3) You will be able to help more people, but less so than you would have been able to help before.
I’m not sure about this last part, because I don’t know how much time you can spend helping people if you’re also working on your startup. If my guess is right, you’d be able to do a little bit more, but not as much as you could have.
And that’s OK! That’s the whole point of this personality type! It’s not just about the career you choose.
