I am not a fan of ESFPs. I think they are too much like EEs in some ways and too little in others. EEs are great in some ways, but they’re also too much like EEs. ESFPs are also not that great at being leaders. They just aren’t as good as EEs and ENTJs at leading people.
ESFPs Are Born Leaders
So, for ENTJs, it seems that there need to be some upsides to using the ESFP type in their leadership teams. And in my mind – there are two major ones.
1) ESFPs are naturally born leaders. This means that they can lead people without training or preparation. They have what I call the “natural leader” package. It’s a package of skills that comes naturally to them.
