Douglas is one of the freaks at the clown circus along with Janet and Eye-Guy. Douglas has two identical faces on either side of his head, and his body is entirely reversible. Reversing his body causes his knees to crack loudly, though he claims it "sounds worse than it feels". Douglas says he is in the freak show because he has a contract, but one of the clowns prompts him to say he also enjoys the travel as well as the free room and board.
