Felix Sparks personality type is ENFJ, since he’s a bit more extroverted than the other ENFJ I’ve met, and he’s quite charming, charismatic, and can make people feel good about themselves.
I was impressed by the strength of his wife, Laura, who is an ESFJ, and I think they make an excellent team.
I also once worked with an ENFJ who was my supervisor, and she was an ENFJ too, but she was extremely introverted, and ended up complaining to my boss (me) that she was losing her job because she didn’t know what to do with herself most of the time.
She didn’t like to talk to people outside of work, and often came home at night and just sat around the house.
I don’t know what she was thinking, but I remember thinking that she acted like she was in the wrong job, since she was so introverted.
That’s why I was so impressed with Felix Sparks.
He’s very extroverted, but he has a very strong introverted side as well.
