In my opinion, INFJs are probably the most misunderstood personality type. I know that many people have a preconceived notion of INFJs and how they act, but I am here to share what my INFJ experience has been like from my own perspective.
INFJs are not the stereotypical "tomboy", the quiet introvert that sits in a corner of the classroom with a book, or the quiet girl who always chooses boys over girls. INFJs are not shy or quiet compared to others, but they prefer to observe before they make a move on a topic. People often say "INFJs are so quiet" but I don't think that is always the case. The truth is that INFJs are not quiet that much, but they prefer to observe before speaking, like most introverts. They also prefer to observe one another before deciding if they want to be friends or not.
