Oeil are a shoegaze band from Tokyo, Japan formed in 2006. They love making destructive noises by using guitar and effects during live performances. They are on Quince Records compilation "Half Dreaming" with many other japanese shoegaze bands. Focusing on a creative noise of the guitars and sampler also helped shape the bands basic sound. Oeil later started to develop a new wave and dark wave sound.
