Gregory Finch personality type is ENFP, so it's not all that surprising. I also have a friend who is an ENTJ (which is the same type as ENFP), and she doesn't have that many personality traits in common with me (which is also true of all ENTJs I've met). The same is true with my friend who is an INTJ. We all have our own personalities, so we're not going to be able to relate to each other 100% of the time, but that doesn't invalidate the point.
