Alfredo Galán Sotillo (born April 5, 1978) was a Spanish serial killer known for leaving letters near his victims. Galán killed six people and attempted to kill three others. He was sentenced to 140 years in prison, but Spanish law at the time only provided for a maximum of 25 years in prison, so his sentence was reduced. He will be released in 2030.
