I think the INFJ will be more likely to be the "INFJ" than the ISTP. "INFJ" is a specific type, while "ISTP" is a type near INFJ. Both INFJ and ISTP are in the "Introverted Sensing" personality type and both are in the "Introverted Thinking" personality type. When you look at the descriptions of the "INFJ" type, they describe introversion and intuition as primary characteristics, while ISTP describes introversion as well as sensing as primary.

I also think that ISTP will be more likely to be labeled "AWOL" than INFJ. ISTP is a "right-brain" personality type, meaning it is more likely to be labeled as "AWOL" than INFJ, which is a "left-brain" personality type. If a person is labeled as "AWOL", it is usually because of some loss of focus and thought process, but it is not necessarily meant as a negative thing.

So if you are an ISTP who has lost your focus and been labeled as "AWOL", it can be a positive thing.
