Dr. Cornelius Evazan personality type is ISTJ, while he is also a former student of the Imperial Academy of Medical Sciences. He is considered one of the founding fathers of the Galactic Empire. He was a fanatical believer in the superiority of the human race over all others, and was very eager to join the Imperial cause.
When he and his colleagues were not actively working with the Empire, they were usually found in their cantina, where they met with other Imperial troopers and scientists. Evazan was also known for his ability to make drinks, and was the founder of the "Drink of Death" (which included a tonic wine). There were rumors that he was commissioned by the Emperor himself to create the drink as a means to end the power struggle between Palpatine and Vader. This may or may not be true, although it does seem that he found a way to weaponize the drink's effects to his advantage.
Dr. Evazan was interested in studying and preserving life, and was one of the key members of the Death Star's medical staff. His knowledge and expertise in the field of cloning was extremely valuable to the Empire, and he was tasked with creating an army of invincible clone soldiers.
