    Nursing
    ISFJ

    ISFJ (2w1)

Nursing personality type is ISFJ, which is the most nurturing and caring of the four, and when we do our best at our day jobs, we can be a great nurse. But where does that leave our patients? It leaves them alone to fend for themselves.

ISFJs are the most likely type to want to help others, but they can get so caught up in their own self-doubts that they put themselves down. They think that they don’t deserve good things and they forget to tell their patients how much they care. This is bad news for patients, because it’s not until a person starts thinking critically of their own actions and behaviors that they can start getting better. We may not see our ISFJ peers in nursing very often, but when we do, we may notice that they are still struggling to get approval from their supervisors. This is because we do tend to underestimate our own worth and worthiness in general.

ISFJs are hard workers who prefer the serenity of the quiet. They are sensitive, even to the point of being easily upset, and tend to take everything personally.
