Kroc Blanc personality type is ESFP, although he also has traits of other types. Being an eccentric, imaginative and often somewhat goofy individual, Kroc is at his happiest when he is creating or inventing something new. He is also very energetic, and has a sharp wit, which comes out in his often witty humour. I am a more intellectual and practical person than Kroc, but we have a lot of things in common. We both have a strong desire to be part of something bigger than ourselves, and we both love meeting people, and sharing our ideas and new ideas.
As I mentioned above, Kroc’s personality type is ESFP. In contrast to his energetic and light-hearted personality, Kroc is not the type of person to sit back and let life happen to him. He is a very active person, who loves to do things on his own, and take charge of things. He is also known for being quite opinionated with himself, and with others, he is stubborn and hard-headed. This was obviously an asset during his time as McDonald’s CEO and ultimately led to the success of McDonald’s worldwide.
I have mixed feelings about Kroc as a person.
