Monte Taylor personality type is ESFJ, but as I have said before I am not a big fan of Jung's theory in general. I think that this is because I do not agree with his ideas about the functions. (For more on my views on the functions watch my video "The MBTI and Jungian Theory".)
My personality type is ESFJ, but I have had to look at the information on this type from a more "Jungian" approach. This is because I have to write about it for my online course. So I have done a lot of reading and researching about the ESFJ type.
In my current course I have brought in many different aspects of ESFJ types. These include:
The typical characteristics of the ESFJ personality type which includes their strengths, weaknesses and attributes.
The different possible career paths that they can take and why they are often so successful in their careers. (This includes how they can be great at their jobs while also being very supportive of others.)
How they can be the glue that holds a family together and make everyone feel loved.
How they can be very effective at politics because of their empathy and understanding of others.
