There's something about the ESFJ personality type that I find myself curious about. ESFJs are great at making people feel good, but they tend to have a hard time speaking up and being heard. When it comes to getting things done, ESFJs are great, and they are very organized. But when it comes to being heard, they often have a hard time standing up for themselves.
That's a little bit of a paradox for me, but I think that's a great thing about the ESFJ personality type. It's easy for them to get along with other people, but it's also easy for them to make change happen. And that's something I'm really excited about.
When it comes to making change happen, it's easy for me to see that this is a personality type that can work with employers. ESFJs are often very good at being able to get along with coworkers and get things done.
