What makes the ISFJ so strong, though (and what causes the quiet strength), is that they know how to take action, but choose to take less action than is needed. The ISFJ knows how to be quiet, but chooses to be quiet.
The ISFJ will only take action if they feel like it's needed. They don't want to be a burden on others, but they also don't want to be a burden on themselves. They don't want to overstep their boundaries until they need to.
