Suzaku personality type is INTJ, as is Hisui, but her type is ISTP. They have a lot in common, but the most notable difference between them is that Suzaku is a bit more energetic and a bit less serious, whereas Hisui is a lot calmer and a lot more serious.
Hisui will fit a lot of INTJ girls a lot better than Suzaku will. It's not so much about being "calm" or "serious" as it is "at peace with herself" or "content with herself." A girl can have a lot of energy and still be content with herself, but if she has a lot of energy and is still trying to be "calm" or "serious" it's going to be hard for her to fit in with an INTJ guy.
If she's trying to be someone she's not, then she'll end up causing trouble for herself and everyone around her.
