Nayak personality type is ESTP, and ESTP is the most common (and well-known) of all types. They pride themselves on being able to “hit the ground running” and solve problems quickly. ESTPs are said to be “always on the go”, they’re energetic, enthusiastic and competitive. ESTPs love to be in charge and they have a need to be respected. ESTP is the most easily understood of all the types, but the others are still quite different.
The first thing to remember is that all Jungians are not alike, just as all psychologists, psychiatrists and social workers are not alike. You can be an ESTP and remain an ESTP, or an ENTJ and remain an ENTJ, but if you want to change you may need a particular type of therapy or some new ideas about yourself.
