UNO ASMR personality type is INFP, and what I do for a living is support my INFP and ENFP personality type. INFPs are the most likely to become ASMRtists. For example, I’ve been very frustrated with people who do not filter their comments very well as they generally irritate me, and I only do ASMR because I find it to be a relaxing hobby. I know that I am supposed to be posting something about ASMR, so this is just a little bit of a preamble.
The second type of ASMR experience can occur when you watch a highly stimulating scene (e.g., sumptuous food, the opening of a new product, etc.) that leaves you feeling tingles in the head or body and a feeling of satisfaction, sometimes accompanied by a purely emotional response (e.g., a feeling of warmth or fuzzy joy). These tingles are not felt through touch in the same way that “chills” are, but are rather an overwhelmingly pleasant full-body sensation.
I have only experienced ASMR very little. When I was in high school, I had asmr only once and it was with someone totally different.
