Serious Cat personality type is ISTJ, or the “Defender.” While most ISTJ’s are probably too staid to incorporate the “Cat” into their personality, I’m here to tell you that I am one of the rare few who can pull off this look.
I’m not the only one, either. I’ve noticed that whenever I’ve been out with ISTJ friends who are wearing “Cat” makeup or clothes, it seems to be a lot of the guys and only a few of the ladies.
I took this as a sign that maybe I should follow suit.
I wasn’t all that fond of cats when I was growing up, so I didn’t have a lot of exposure to them. I came across a few in cartoons and books, but I never really took an interest in them. When I was around five or six years old, my family got a cat, but I wasn’t really that interested in having one of my own.
I just didn’t see the point. Cats were supposed to be cuddly and cute, but they weren’t really anything to me.
