This is relevant to my interests personality type is ISTJ, as I am an ISTJ. Does this mean I have a bad personality type? I really don't think so. It's obvious that you have a lot more experience than me, but I wanted to know my personality type and how it compares to others. I am the type of person who is loving, kind, and respectful towards others, but I am also very shy. I am very good at listening, but in class I tend to just sit back and listen. (ESFP) I am very intelligent, and love to explore and learn. Does my ISTJ personality type make me a good role model for these children? I am open-minded, accepting, and patient. Please do not think that because you are an ISTJ that you are a bad person. You are very respectful in your discussions and you are good at listening. If you are an ISTJ, your personality type is just part of who you are, it doesn't make you a bad person. It is like being a Taurus: you have a lot of common traits with everyone else, but there are certain things that set you apart. With ISTJs, we are often very independent and stubborn.
