William Booth personality type is INFJ, and I consider myself very capable of being a leader and a spiritual leader in my community. But, I still struggle with the fact that I lead others and not myself. However, I know that this is a struggle that will take time. And it’s going to take time to get used to the idea that I am my own leader.

“I know I’m not a good leader, but I want to be the best leader I can be!”

“I feel like I’m not a good leader…”
“In what way?”
“Well, for example, I probably don’t have the right kind of voice for leadership. But I want to be a good leader. So what kind of leader do you think I should be?”
